Resolution Room™

Alan Wiener offers Online Mediation and Facilitation in electronic conference rooms called Resolution Rooms. These private and secure facilities are customized to optimize the participants' communication, exchange of information, development of options, and negotiation of solutions in the particular dispute.

Resolution Rooms are very user friendly, while offering highly sophisticated capabilities. In addition to threaded text messages, participants may post, review and revise electronic files, including word processor documents, spreadsheets, graphic images, and audio-visual presentations. Some discussion areas and other materials may be made accessible to all participants, while others are limited to specified individuals or "caucuses."

Participants may log in to the Resolution Room at the same time for concurrent sessions, or they may individually post, review, and respond to presentations at any time convenient for them. Participants may be automatically alerted by e-mail when new material is posted, and the Resolution Room may be accessed from any convenient location, using a standard web browser.

Depending on the requirements and circumstances of the participants and the dispute, Resolution Rooms may be used exclusively or in conjunction with e-mail, telephone conferences, face-to-face meetings, and the SmartSettle™ negotiation program.
